Christopher Cockrell has been performing on stage as well as musically directing shows in the Columbia area for nearly fifteen years, and has been heavily involved in over fifty productions at various theatres during that time. Favorite roles include Bobby in A Chorus Line (Workshop), Lil' Bat in Susannah, Count Almaviva in The Barber of Seville, Aeneas in Dido and Aeneas (South Carolina Opera Theatre), Giuseppe Zangara in Assassins, and most recently the dual title roles of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in Jekyll & Hyde (Town). Christopher has musically directed productions of Ruthless!, Little Shop of Horrors (Workshop), Fie Fie, Fi-Fi (USC), Peter Pan, The Wizard of Oz, Footloose, and most recently The Wiz (Town).
